All account holders are expected to use freejudi responsibly and within their financial means. Self-exclusion and deposit limit tools are available to every member at all times.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or manipulation of promotional terms will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on freejudi. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, shared payment method, or shared household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. freejudi reserves the right to verify all information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is deemed your responsibility.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. freejudi shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, freejudi requires completion of KYC identity verification. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

freejudi currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Malaysian players: DuitNow instant transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). freejudi does not charge transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Members at higher VIP tiers (Platinum and Black Diamond) benefit from increased daily withdrawal limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The majority of approved withdrawals are credited to the member's payment method within 2 minutes of approval. freejudi reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purpose of completing KYC verification, investigating suspected fraud, or satisfying AML obligations. In no circumstances shall freejudi be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the Account, or a verified method belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet), the corresponding withdrawal must be made to the same method where the payment provider's rules permit.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback, and promotional offers made available by freejudi are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a standard wagering requirement of between 20x and 30x the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds is permitted. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires a total of RM2,000 in eligible wagers to be placed and settled before the bonus balance may be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain table games typically contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%) than slots (100%). The applicable contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
freejudi actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; low-variance or single-outcome betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; collusion between accounts; and any form of exploitation of errors in bonus credits. freejudi reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse, without prior notice.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. freejudi is not obligated to provide notice prior to the expiry of bonus funds.
All casino games available on freejudi use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure randomness and fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently audited. freejudi does not manipulate game outcomes.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. These are displayed within each game or betting market interface before a wager is placed. freejudi reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, any affected bets or game rounds may be declared void. freejudi will not be liable for any losses or purported winnings arising from a technical error. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed payout, the correct payout as calculated by the game's certified paytable will apply.
Sports betting markets on freejudi — covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, UFC, NBA, and other competitions — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. All odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are final. freejudi reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error.

All content on the freejudi Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and structure of the Platform — is the proprietary intellectual property of freejudi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of freejudi.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, freejudi, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
freejudi's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit freejudi's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
freejudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where any amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Member, freejudi will use reasonable efforts to notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated at the top of this document. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the law of the jurisdiction in which freejudi holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to freejudi's internal dispute resolution team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal resolution within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the competent dispute resolution authority designated by freejudi's licensing jurisdiction. The decision of that authority shall be final and binding.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent freejudi from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
